Initially you will be on training/probation and will be promoted as Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager subsequently, if you can close one or two clients during training period.
Regional Managers :
Handling Area Sales Managers and closing the leads generated by Area Sales Managers or Account Managers for Events, Fairs and Seminars in Foreign Countries.
Area Sales Managers : Making Sales calls to Indian Clients and Closing the leads generated by Account Managers for Events, Fairs and Seminars in Foreign Countries.
Account Managers : Making Sales Calls to Indian Clients generating new leads for Events, Fairs and Seminars in Foreign Countries.
Desired Candidate Profile : Must have completed a Degree (any area), have great communication skills and interested in making in a career in Sales. Must have logical persuasion capabilities; persistent, hard working approach and the right attitude. Must have your own Mobile Handset for using the company provided SIM Card.
Pay Package : Compensation package not constraint for right candidates.
